Governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Myrrh Gloom website and services, operated by STAR CORE TRADING HK LIMITED, of FLAT 1019B, 10/F, LIVEN HOUSE, NO.61-63 KING YIP ST KWUN TONG HONG KONG ("the Company"). By using Myrrh Gloom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use Myrrh Gloom.
• You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.

2. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use Myrrh Gloom only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, disrupting platform services, or interfering with other users will result in immediate account action.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the Gloom Bonus structure or any promotion is strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts in breach of these Terms, without prior notice where necessary.

3. Recharge & Gloom Bonus

• Every $1 recharged earns 1 minute of playtime, plus applicable bonus minutes based on your cumulative recharge tier.
• Bonus minutes are credited automatically upon successful payment confirmation.
• The Company may modify the Gloom Bonus structure at any time, with reasonable advance notice posted on the platform.
• Once your cumulative recharge total reaches 200 minutes, a permanent 100% bonus on all future recharges is unlocked with no expiry.

4. Payments

• Credit card is the only accepted payment method on Myrrh Gloom.
• Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. The Company does not store your full card details.
• All charges are applied in the currency displayed at checkout. Currency conversion or foreign transaction fees imposed by your card issuer are your own responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Myrrh Gloom — including games, visual design, written material, and interface elements — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Myrrh Gloom. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

7. Service Availability

Myrrh Gloom is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We strive to maintain consistent access but cannot guarantee the platform will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.

8. Amendments

These Terms may be revised at any time. Updates will be published on the platform. Continued use of Myrrh Gloom after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are exclusively governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. All disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Hong Kong. The Company's registered details are: STAR CORE TRADING HK LIMITED, FLAT 1019B, 10/F, LIVEN HOUSE, NO.61-63 KING YIP ST KWUN TONG HONG KONG.
